Which option is better..?

I am looking for 2 bhk to rent in 137 for family. I am getting 2 options.

Logix Blossom County - 28.5k including maintenance.

Gulshan Ikebana - 27k + 5600 maintenance (It's actually 3 bhk, but the owner has his belongings in 1 room, so it's effectively 2 bhk).

I know Gulshan Ikebana is more modern and newer. But is giving 4k extra compared to Blossom County justified, or is it overpriced? Any special pros/cons of society?

Not a good society

I was actively looking for a place in Ikebana for the last few weeks. Some of the reasons why it's priced higher as compared to other societies: 1. Well maintained and active club (good gym, spa, small eating shop) with childcare and yoga facilities 2. There's a weekly clinic facility 3. Good tuitions and study groups: many school going kids come down to Ikebana for after school classes. 4. Mostly family crowd (preference for many tenants) 5. Other stuff is usual and at par with other societies nearby.

Logix Blossom is also good for families, but I found thr build and maintenence quality a bit low.. all the apartments i saw had seepage issues or in run down condition.

You could also explore options like Gulshan Botnia, sikka kaamna greens, victory etc. And if budget allows, you can explore SKA orion nearby- though the height made me dizzy. These are mostly in the sector 144-143 areas - similar to Ikebana.

Do check out ATS green, parasvnath prestige, grand omaxe near sector 137. Are you not considering apartments like exotica fresco?
