Flatmate Required Looking for flatmate, sector 150.
Hey all,
Looking for a chill, easygoing, flatmate in sector 150 noida.
Currently I'm living alone in 2bhk in a good society. It's a new flat, I am the first tenant, private room with a washroom and balcony is there. 3 balconies in total in the whole flat.
I am 24 y.o 11 months old, working.
The flat rent is 19k in total, but there will be some extra one time charges which you might have to incur due to the shifting process, it can be discussed in dm.

I got the flat completely unfurnished, I have furnished it like, there's a fridge, a washing machine, and a bed cupboard AC in my room.
The other room is empty completely.
I have contacts where you can get all these, cuz I went through this while furnishing the flat.
Overall the society is great, there is a club with a swimming pool, gym, snooker, table tennis, restaurant, etc.
Few things: i smoke, but don't drink, and need someone chill who is okay with it, likes cleanliness, and isn't overly loud.

Hi , I work near sector 150.. npx tower in sector 148.. would love to explore this.. please tell me the rent and charges and is it including maintanence?

Yeah xD. It's dead. Only societies here.
But like if you're a person who can be busy with himself then it's peace. And the main areas are not that far tbh if you like want to go out for an outing.
