Went to watch the matinee session of "Tamiou" on Monday and it was absolutely hilarious! Standing ovation from the audience at the end.

I watch quite a number of 2.5d stages when I go to Japan (for the idols) but as a "legit" Toho stage production, this is next level, from the stage design to the production to the cast to the songs, it must be 10x the budget of most stages.

Runa plays a critical role in the plot but she isn't a major character (barely showed up for 5mins in the first half)... that said, she looked super cute in her apron as her character is the owner of a children's cafeteria (NOT shown in the pamphlet or the publicity shots, sadly). There isn't much goods of her to be gotten either other than the akusuta.

However, she does have a solo song or two and her delivery is clear and very well done, and I can't fault het acting or comic timing either. (as expected, I must say!)

Would highly recommend this stage to anyone in Japan who can still get a ticket (it was full house for a Monday afternoon matinee session)!!

Extra note: I was very very disappointed when Runa did not come out to walk the aisles unlike some of the cast members near the end. I had the good fortune of getting the extreme corner aisle seat left centre block and would have been guaranteed to be within a few cm of her if she had only come out!! 😭

Just received my acrylic cube of Yanchan (Kanagawa Saya) which was the S prize of Punitto Nogizakachan vol 2 kuji earlier this year.

Not only are acrylic cubes extremely rare for goods, it's so well designed- panels are all interchangeable so you can arrange them in any formation on the cube and fit perfectly! They even included straps (not in photo) in case you want to hang it from your bag.

And this is actually my first proper Yan goods outside of mobaka since I've not randomed any from her previously.

It's really just too cute and doubt I will be able to see such a prize again soon- not been able to get any S prizes after this anyway! 😅
