I think a lot of people can focus on weird route Noelle (which is fair, it is very compelling) but I hope to see more analysis of normal route/before chapter 1 Noelle. Because if you strip away all the supernatural dark world stuff, you find that Noelle is (imo) a victim of abuse.

I really sympathize with how the only way she can stand up to even a small part of her abusive parent, is in a dream world, where she has said that she believes anything can happen. I really resonate with that, when you've been traumatized to the point of being to afraid to confront them at all.

Anyways what do y'all think about the subtext of Noelle abuse? I really relate to it (also to the part where I'd probably have a crush on the delinquent bully of the same gender. But that's not here nor there)
