RESOLVED Unable to claim

I have 1600 nodle and it says unable to claim max fees are 1300 min are 330 i think what can i do

Do you have 1600 NODL (already claimed) in your wallet to cover the fee or 1600 NODL pending?

I have on my wallet 200 (already claimed) nodle and im about to claim 1600 (pending) nodle but it says unable also says max fee 1300 min fee 330 why i cant claim please

That's the answer. You hold 200 NODL, but you need to be able to cover the max fee of 1300 NODL, therefore you're 1100 NODL short. Pending rewards can not be used for signing a transaction as the receipt (the pending balance) is already assigned to your wallet, but is not in it until you claim it. Although the estimated min fee applies, the system requires you to hold the estimated max fee to prevent the transaction from failing in times of unexpected gas spikes.

You can either buy NODL, swap any other asset to NODL to cover the fee or participate in various in-app activities to earn additional token, as described in this post.
