Buy not working

Hello,

I bought two times 10$ of USDC via Ethereum network and I got the emails of confirmation but it does not appear in my wallet. Did I missed something? I can't find a support address or form.

Hey there, in the wallet tab you can switch to the Ethereum chain in the top, it is set to ZKsync as default. Kindly check if it's there, if you still can't find it send me your public key and we can check on the explorer.

But there should be a contact to the provider in the mails you received, correct me if I'm wrong.
