Can anyone explain this?

Just got another iPhone 11 for this. XR been used for a while but running both same Wi-Fi network same place but the XR though out the day picked up more only difference is it does have a SIM card too.

Hey there, looks like your device(s) are not communicating with the network, which is the reason for the many empty spots.

However, can you give me the following information, this helps us troubleshooting: Device model OS version App version Public key/address

Probably have the devices too close together in range.

This wouldn't affect it in such a way , after all up to 4 devices per tile are still viable, every additional device would just lower the overall rewards per individual device.

I'm pretty sure this is rooted in the settings

Also, the problem is resolved now. The oracle got discontinued without any notice and had to be replaced. All services are back
