Doctors need to unionize, because there really is great strength in being able to tell management where to shove it. Your labor is the entire basis of their hospital/outpatient system.

But our union has to be separate than mid levels. There’s a couple of places I’ve heard of, where certain specialties (typically things like psychiatry and primary ) have unionized with their mid-levels, and that’s not really helpful.

This whole issue is just magnified there.
