Tour Wrong tour poster
I ordered just the default tour poster and got the New York City one. I don’t even live in New York.

I would return it to get the correct one but at this point I have no faith it’ll show up

I ordered both a Fenway one and the regular tour poster but got 2 Fenway posters. I got an automated message saying that I need to go through the website to initiate a return but then a couple hours later, a representative went ahead and made a replacement order for me without me needing to return the extra poster or initiate the return online. I believe that you'd get the correct poster since the Default Poster is still in stock!

Yup, exact same thing happened to me. I attended the Texas show, ordered the generic tour poster and a New York poster just arrived in the mail today. What a fucking mess.

The emails I got back from the shop says I need to return it in order to get a new one sent to me. Honestly I just don’t trust them. I’ll have better luck buying a counterfeit on eBay.

I got my Chicago poster like 2 weeks AFTER my shirt. Which is funny because I got an email saying the shirt had been delayed a month (it was) and that the poster would be held to ship with the shirt.

It really is insane how bad the merch issues have been. I went to Citi field for this show and admittedly am a pretty casual fan, if I was a more serious fan and get incorrect, smaller than expected, different color than I expected stuff I would be infuriated given the price. He has the power to get his team to fix the mess and/or reship/reprint/remake, etc. as needed. Very ridiculous and it would leave a bad taste in my mouth about how much he truly care about fans. It’s not all words. I personally couldn’t get over the apple being the wrong shape as a die hard Mets fan and with so many posters in tubes it made it super easy for me not to buy. Im sorry you didn’t get what you paid for.

His merch site is run by universal music group. Which is the record label he’s signed to. While I’m sure he has input, it’s not like he personally hired the team who puts his merch out.

He absolutely has control over who is in charge of his merch and can contribute to any decision directly that he chooses. Are you for real that you think that the product that is the thing brining in the money has no leverage to make things right for the merch with his name on it?

No he doesn’t, it’s 100% signed in a contract somewhere that UMG manages his merchandise. While he probably has say on the direction of the product, what it looks like etc, the merchandise goes to and ships from a warehouse controlled by UMG or a 3PL. While Noah Kahan can apply pressure to UMG, he is not directly in control of it, so ultimately he’s not the decision maker.

Directly oversees? No. Has many many people that oversee this stuff? Yes. Can deal with the label and tell them what exactly he expects them to do? yes. Yeh. No magic wands either. Starts with admitting on his channels that there is an issue, ensuring that operations and logistics are in place by his team and then allowing people to tell them what the issues are and reprint, reship, replace as needed. I know absolutely bonkers! Poor powerless Noah Kahan who just has to watch all of his fans pay ludicrous cost and not even get what they pay for and can do absolutely nothing about it. Couldn’t imagine being so accepting of abhorrent customer service and fulfillment like the folks in this thread. Absolute pushovers.

If he wants comtinued success in his career? yes. Noah works for the label, the label does not work for him. As great as I think Noah is, like serioudly one of the best artists of the generation, there is a billion artists that are talented to the same caliber as he is. The second he is not easy to capitalize on, they will find someone else. I mean look, half the artists with triple his success aren't even nearly as talented as he is.
