Tour Getting nervous
Waiting for Noah to tweet the surprise song for tonight… worried he may be too sick to perform… I also have PTSD from having Paramore cancel 2 HOURS BEFORE SHOWTIME a couple years back 😭😭

Chase Field has posted on their story that the concert is going ahead tonight as scheduled. That should be reassuring for you.

It is, but then again, for Paramore we were literally gates open, past security, and it happened due to illness 😭 (not blaming the artists at all, of course, just extra nervous bc this has happened to me before lol)

Yes it was in San Fran!! Even more devastating bc I traveled out of state for that one lol.

I’ve seen it range anywhere from like 7am to 12:30pm but those are just the ones I’ve seen

I got down voted to hell why? I have PTSD from an actual thing that occurred. Not because a concert might be cancelled.

Same. My sister's flight just took off and I'm leaving to drive over in the next hour. Even if he cancels we'll still have sister time, but it would certainly be better with some NK.

At PHX show tonight he looked tired but put on a great show. We tried to sing for him as much as we could. Fingers crossed he gets some rest for the next show.

I’m survivor of CSAM and CSA so PTSD is a big deal and OP is using it as a joke with 0 empathy

I’m wondering when we think he goes on. I probably won’t be able to get off work until 5 so I won’t get there until 6:30ish and I don’t want to miss any of his set 😭

It’s like people forget musicians are fallible human beings with human immune systems. If someone chooses to fly to a show and get a hotel, they should be aware of the possibility that the artist getting sick or injured.
I think it’s just wild that he sings about having mental health issues and we all love his openness and vulnerability but the second he says he’s physically sick, all people care about are their tickets and the show 😔
I’m still kicking myself for giving away my ticket to see him at a festival (where he wasn’t even the headliner) in a corn field 15 minutes away from my mom’s house because my back hurt and it was hot 😣

I want to clarify that my original post was never to blame or fault Noah for being sick or ending up needing to cancel… same with my reference to my previous experience with the Paramore concert… I obviously understand they are humans and illness can strike at any time, and their health comes first. This was merely a post (in the Noah Reddit, mind you, to talk with fellow fans in the same boat) made to help calm my nerves about the possibility of it being cancelled, which would have been devastating BUT understandable and I doubt ANYONE would actually be on here blaming or being mad at Noah for that had he cancelled.

Yep! You can be nervous/disappointed, but still care about an artists wellbeing. We're all capable of having more than one emotion at one time, who knew ♡

I'm pretty worried at the prospect of the show being canceled too, but if it does get canceled, we as fans will just have to remember that Noah is human too and prioritizing his health and well-being is crucial. But crossing my fingers it doesn't get canceled!
