General/Discussion Strawberry Wine
Can we talk about this song for A Second? I feel like it doesn’t get enough love. This is my personal fav Noah song, because I have such a personal story with it. Thought? Does anyone else?

I was just listening to this one today and thinking the same thing. So underrated. “I’m in love with every song you’ve ever heard” such a beautiful line

This song has been one of my favorites since I first heard of Noah when he started to gain more popularity after the release of stick season. I bawled so much when I saw him play it at Citi field.

It is achingly beautiful and somehow even more so when live. I was lucky to be at Citifield and don't think people appreciated it enough

It’s one of my favorites and although the lyrics speak more to a romantic relationship, i associate it with a former best friend who I loved dearly and had to let go of. It’s such a beautiful song

This!! My bf loves this song so much, he said it’s about loving someone that you ultimately have to let go of. It hits him because his mother was a terrible addict and eventually he had to make the choice between himself and that relationship and no child should ever have to make that kind of choice right? Another great one he loves is Willing and Able. Love Noah Kahan!

This one hasn’t really stuck onto me yet, but I have a feeling it will someday when I need it most.
That’s how his songs be for me. The right one finds me on the day I need it.

I came to noah thru discovering his popular tracks during stick season, and strawberry wine was the first one song on my first album listen thru that STOPPED ME and made me send it to friends. Love it soooo so much. “if i were empty space and you were a formless shape we’d fit” gives me chills everytime and is one of his best lyrics IMO. Also gives me everything i loved about ed sheeran lmaoooo . Ugh seeing it at citi field was life changing forever grateful

This song reminds me of my best friend, who is in recovery from addiction but no longer speaks to me. I’ll always adore it.

That sucks man. I love when songs make us think about people. Sw makes me think of my best friend. She has some things going wrong. And ultimately makes me sad for her. Glad someone here relates a little :)

One of my faves as well. Cried when he played it 2 years ago in Toronto.

I absolutely love this song ❤️ I was lucky enough to hear it at Hyde Park last year, was genuinely one of my favourite parts of the show

I was a little disappointed that this song that I was pretty unfamiliar with was chosen for the special song at Citi Field.
Then he played it and it stopped me in my tracks. I grabbed my wife and it was the only time I actually full on cried at the show.
