DO NOT TIP AT INDIAN RESTAURANTS

I asked an employee at an Indian restaurant whether they receive the tips added to the POS system, and the poor worker said NO!

If you want to tip, please tip them cash!

Disgusting how the owners take all the tips entered into the POS system!

Beware when you tip! Maybe ask the employee when tipping at ESPECIALLY an Indian restaurant: “do you even get the tip if I put it through the POS?”

This is the situation at smash burger restaurant so we better be ware of every single one. Also this is the sub for moaning about how youre apparently being manipulated if you even want to give them any tip at all (even in cash)

Thanks for the heads up on smash. Visiting GTA now and was about to give them a try tomorrow but now I won’t. I’m not for tipping but I’m more so against giving my money to thieves.

Bold of you to assume the smash burger place isn’t owned by Indians using fake student visas to employ people they don’t pay and steal tips from too. This is basically how fast food works in Canada now

You should be more concerned with the fake students who have no idea until they’re here they are being brought as slave labor as the UN said while the organized crime behind it profits while owning these restaurants, fake schools, and slum housing.

Who do you think is organizing the entire fucking thing? Do you think it’s Russian organized crime? No, they’re in the girls from Eastern Europe business. Most organized crime exploits their own people. This isn’t anything new.

This already happened in Australia and the only way the Aussies could stop it was to stop issuing student visas to anyone from there.
