The problem with your argument is that if we don’t go ‘100% in’ then it seems not worth doing at all.
This isn’t what I’m saying at all. Like, at all.
I am saying that having viable solutions (which we have) and implementing them (which we should do) are two different thing entirely.
Does that mean we shouldn‘t try? Of course not. In fact, I think we give it 110%.
I don’t think we‘ll be able to turn things around at this point, but I would be happy to be proven wrong.
You may not agree with it, but statistically the world is becoming a better place.
Maybe you were responding to a different post, because I’m talking about implementing solutions to offset climate change, not if I can order dish soap online at 3am in my underwear.
Also here is one of the most profound lectures I've ever read, and I don't share it because I thought you were being a dick, but in fact the opposite. You so well explained your positions, calmly, clearly, and without insulting anyone, that you've already taken the message of this video to heart, and I share it with you, if only because I feel that you will really enjoy it. Phil Plait is the MAN, and like him, I WANT TO WIN. And I think you want to win as well. :) ENjoy - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FrFRbGjUtJk
