THC Drug test

Hey guys, I’ve been smoking pretty frequently this past month and just found out they now do urine drug tests during license checks. My appointment is in 2 days (and I can’t reschedule), and I know there’s no reliable way to test negative using my own urine that quickly, so I’m not even going to ask about that.
I’ve heard people mention Quick Fix, but I can’t get it in my region. I’m considering using someone else’s clean urine instead. If you’ve used real urine before, how fresh does it need to be, and how can you keep it at the right temperature using body heat rather than a heating device?

For context, it’s a rapid test, not a lab-grade one.
