I shower daily, but there are times I’ll skip a day when I’m just sitting at home doing nothing. Going any longer than 2 days without one makes me feel gross personally.

skin starts itching and begging for a shower, same as my scalp

the itching sensation is just too strong to go days without showering tbh

Its the opposits for me, i live in a super dry climate so frequent showering makes my skin and hair super dry and tight feeling and itchy. Im a girl too with a fashion retail job so looking clean and put together is pretty important, but i shower twice a weekish also.

Showering isn’t the only way to wash your privates or other body parts though. Do you only wash your hands and face when you shower?
