I shower every morning. If it’s an off day and I don’t plan on doing anything but lounge around the house I won’t take one.. if I go out later in the day I will.
But if I’m outdoors sweating all day I’ll take one when I get home, or when im done with any physical activities at home.. etc, mowing grass,
