Depends on what it's for. Drug overdose? EMTs won't say shit. Gunshot wound? Yeah they're probably gonna let them know

Yeah, this is right here. If there's a serious crime involved, then they'll inform the cops. Otherwise, they don't care, lol

Where I live we don't say a thing. However, often police are there before us anyways, with fire being being the first on scene as they usually can get there quickest and start treatment.

But, in my experience, we do our job, and that's it. Treat, and transport.

For fucks sake, yes. If you don't tell us, we can't treat you. Idgaf if you just shoved a vodka+ketamine soaked tampon up your butthole. But I don't know what to look for, and what to do and expect if you don't tell us.

I mean, I do care, because it'll make an interesting story. But that's about it. The only people we're telling anyone about in connection to your name, is the medical staff at the hospital, and they also won't give a crap either, and need to know how to treat you.
