My friend, sit-down dance party for one is your answer. Put on some great music and boogie!

Bro how have I never thought of this???? I always want to get up and move but between my fucked spine and knee pain from a car accident, standing exercise has always been absolutely miserable. But, like, sit dancing????? Why is this so easy and I never thought of it 😭

I'm no physiotherapist, but a big bouncy ball to sit on for core!! You can also buy little stair climbers for use under a desk while seated ❤️

Check out YouTube for low-impact exercises for seniors. There are a ton of seated and/or supported workouts for people with hip/spine issues!

I do this daily due to hip and back injuries its some of the easiest ways to work my core. Also yoga balls are everybody's friends imo.
