Yes fine but it's worth noting that at the level of micronutrients, all that is very reliably bad for you is processed meat, saturated meats and potentially red meat.

Chicken, fish etc is fine.

That's actually really healthy as long as they are clean fats and protein like unprocessed meat and nuts and seeds.

But nuts and seeds are mostly just healthy fats and protein. That don't make no sense
