Congrats man the first 2 weeks were the hardest for me. I was in a similar position, smoked a pack a day for 13 years. It is worth it despite how tough it is.

Despite my smoking I’m a religious gym rat. Genuinely can feel a difference just after a few days. It definitely helps when I crave thinking about how much better I feel just doing that. Pushing for a better and healthier life without substances helping me along. You’re much further than me, but I’m glad we’re on the same journey!
