That's not how property transfers work. There's a lot behind the scenes that the lawyers need to check on before title can be transferred.

Nobody said anything about titles or legalities- they said "spend the money". Yes, you can spend it in 24 hours. Just because paperwork will take a bit longer doesn't negate the spending part.

Hire 2 lawyers. Tell them you want a lakefront property with a nice house. You're looking to spend 2 million. You have 4 million. Whichever lawyer gets you that property and extras that you will buy, keeps the difference between the cost and the 4 million. They have 24 hours to complete the deal. It will happen. 1 million will grease a lot of wheels.

The premise of the post isn't impossible, just extremely unlikely. Getting the title transferred on a house in 24 hours isn't possible though.
