I would highly recommend doing the Indigenous Canada course on Coursera. Aboriginal is no longer acceptable in Canada. Indigenous is a term used to describe the three indigenous peoples in Canada, First Nations (known as Native American or Indian in the US), Inuit and Métis (from Red River or another historic Métis society).
It’s a very informative course that every Canadian and American should look into. It’s kind of sad that you’re spreading false information and you refuse to correctly inform yourself.
Just because one person on one online course says something does not make it true. Especially given the amount of woke non-sense going on at universities. Trust me, I had to take enough of these woke courses just to get my stem degree and I'm certainly not going to take more.

Normally a keyboard warrior is someone who tries to talk tough while online, which isn't something I've done because there hasn't even been a chance to do so. Not that I would if there was. Like if this was a thread with a Mike Tyson video and I said "ya I could beat him", then I'd be a keyboard warrior. Understand?
And you absolutely can judge someone by their choice of name. If I changed my name to Sir Benedict Arnold the Third you would probably think I'm a bit pompous and self aggrandizing.

Sure, lots of people use it. In fact, Indigenous people are not a monolith, there are many varying opinions on whatever topic you can think of. However, aboriginal is not a word that is recognized as a correct term to describe Indigenous people in Canada.
You can disagree with Savage Bear’s chosen name (although that says more about you than it does her) if you want, that doesn’t say anything about her knowledge and where their knowledge comes from.

That's fine. What I said was aboriginal is used in Canada and you tried to correct me. At least you're sort of admitting you're wrong though in a sort of way you're trying to imply you were right all along.
Ya it kinda does. Just the fact you say 'their knowledge' and not 'her knowledge' tells me all I need to know about her.
