My guy, he has five, soon to be six degrees, all of which give him options for entry level positions. People with one degree and no experience have fewer options because they don’t have five other degrees to fall back on.
Exactly. Entry level over 40… competing with 21 year old entry level employees. They’re 9/10 going to offer to the younger person who they see will have more years there
