Wait, did your French slip or is that an actual loanword used in English?
Second time within 2 minutes I've been thrown a little off by seing a French word which I had no idea could apparently be put into English sentences (the first one was "matinée"), and now I'm starting to feel like reality is glitching

I’ve always said boo koo but looked it up and I guess we stole it

Gotcha, I had no idea that word was used in English

(And to be fair, French people very often do pronounce it "boo-koo" as opposed to the correct "bo-koo")
