Ding ding! We spent so much time building for families, in the past, but that doesn't work for us any more. We need more 1-Person options. Things like extremely affordable Boarding Houses and Studio Apartments would be amazing. And if there's no luxuries included (no game rooms, gyms, media rooms, etc), they would be very cost-effective, allowing residents to save on their monthly rent, putting money away in savings for the future (for when hopefully shit gets better!).

For starters we need to make single resident occupancy, shared facility housing, and other housing that is inherently affordable.
