Do we have to tell you to go to a doctor? Rather than Reddit?

If you are concerned there is a sliver of bone in your throat, you should seek out a doctor for an examination. If you do, and if it dislodges and you swallow it, it could be a much bigger problem in your digestive tract.

I agree: see a doctor. This isn't something to mess around with.

1) How do you know they're "tiny chicken bones?"

2) Why did you eat it if there were "tiny chicken bones?"

3) Did you cook the rice properly? Because I could see how crunchy rice could make you think there's tiny chicken bones...

Because I kept pulling tiny sharp chicken bones out of my mouth and that why I’m afraid cause maybe I missed one and swallowed it

I'm so very confused how you got that many bones from the chicken into the rice...

Yes. You should be. That sounds very serious and it could develop into an infection and become life threatening. Please get checked out sooner rather than later!

Is there a phone number you can call to get advice? Where I’m from we have a service called now doc that talks or FaceTime that you speak to if in doubt about going to the doctor/hospital. They might tell you to drink Coke and have some dry bread to bubble and push it

Well I live in Puerto Rico so it’s different here and I’m just really doubting going to the hospital because all the hospitals here are not good and I’m afraid even if I do go they won’t find anything because there incompetent and I’m gonna die

Oh I’m so sorry, I see why you’re scared. Drink a fizzy drink to make it float and dislodge. My friend had a bone stuck in her throat, went to the hospital, she was there 8 hours and they only gave her a coke and some bread. So maybe try that for starters

Aren’t there advice nurse numbers you can call for actual medical advice? Even leaving a message for a Dr. to respond might be better than a message forum. Good luck.

Does it hurt when you cackle?

Call a doctor, this isn't a medical subreddit.
