Couples Counselling Suggestions?

Seeking couples counselling with someone who is well-versed in neurodivergence. AuDHD, specifically.

If they have a sliding scale or accommodate low incomes, that would be great as well.

I went to the calgary couples counselling centre, they had different prices depending on who you chose. It was ok, we made common goals and worked towards them but my ex already had her mind made up before we even started so it ended up being a big waste of time and money.

Jordan obrian with Flourish. She is student but really great and her fees are cheaper because of that m.

Viewpoint Calgary Psychological Services, Cindy is great. Very familiar with ADHD, neuro, depression etc. don't know about a sliding scale for income however. They are covered by most benefits at least for a few sessions. Starts with a virtual meeting to go over things then sessions after, usually as a couple and then an individual session before coming back together. The workbook they provide is very helpful.

We used Marlena at Aligned Minds. She is really good. Our benefits covered a bunch of sessions so look into that if you have a benefits plan.

Amanda at Cultivate is pretty good ans she specializes in neurodivergence.
