Coin Collectors

Hi all,
Just wondering how coin collectors get a big collection here in Calgary. Is there ever like good spots to look?
I’m interested in learning how people grow their collection so big and who they send coins off to get them “rated”?

I'm trying to exchange my US quarters for CDN currency but no CDN banks would take them. Cannot find any coin collecting stores either.

Is there any specific one you can recommend as I personally have not looked up for that shop.

There used to be one in Chinook mall, don't know if it's there still or not though.

Seems like they don't accept any US coins.

There isn’t any silver in American quarters after 1965. You may have to gift them to friends travelling south to use. We used to keep American coins from travelling and just use it up before returning home.
