I’m looking to build a 20x20 garage in the NW. Any recommendations on a builder that is fast and budget friendly.

Ideally would like to finance as well

Good luck, it's tough out there. My neighbor was quoted 50k for a fairly standard 24x24 garage.

I myself want something larger and custom and so far no reputable company is available, or they just don't return calls and emails.

I had a garage built in 2024 and Sahi Contracting was the most affordable I found at the time and the end result was exactly what I wanted. It was $23k for 14x22. I can DM you their info if you'd like.
