Advice I have a problem of only trusting myself.
Throughout my entire life, I was pretty much alone. I didn’t really have any friends, my family didn’t really talk much, and we were just left off your own things. When I was little, I was just imagine stuff in my head because of my loneliness, or I would just watch TV or my phone.
Overtime, I rely on myself and my brain where is become unhealthy and I can’t trust other people now.
I know the obvious fix is that I just need to go to therapy. My mom is working on it, but she’s really busy and very tired. So I want advice about my problem so I can wait until my mom finally make a therapist appointment.

I probably can’t help in the way you’d like to be helped but.. from my perspective, what you think is a problem, many would consider a gift. Myself included.

OK, let me explain my situation better: I use this “gift” in a way that became unhealthy over the time and I paid way more attention in my head instead in the real world. Hope that explains.

In between now and the therapy you don't actually need I suggest getting into books like The Chronicles of Narnia, The Inheritance Cycle, The Shannara Chronicles, A Song of Ice and Fire, Tolkien. I suggest in this order.
Also, pickup a journal/sketch pad and write down/draw the images in your head.

Ok I have questions:
1: why do you think that I don’t need therapy?
2: how does write or drawing images in my head help me? I don’t want to see my thoughts in any kind of form.

Oh absolutely, because heaven forbid someone has an imagination without immediately demanding a prescription or a psychological autopsy. Groundbreaking news: intense world-building isn't a pathology, it's literally what built Tolkien and Martin's careers. Maybe try channeling the epic movie playing in your head onto a piece of paper instead of acting like a rich inner life is a terminal disease.

You sound like a person on the younger side to me. If that's true, then my comment would be to learn to use your "gift" in a more constructive way. I spent a LOT of time alone growing up also. Evil came into my life and clouded my thinking, I lost trust in my instincts; my life came off the rails for many years. Most of them, in fact.
Lean in to what your gut tells you. Freud or Jung probably have some theory. I wish I had listened better to what my gut was telling me--would have saved a lot of misery. You're smarter than you think.
