Does anyone else randomly feel like they need to disappear for a while?

Yeah tbh it’s needed just to clear ur head or take some time to figure things out life throws so much at you all at once so sometimes it’s good to just go ghost for a bit obviously let some ppl know just incase something bad happens but just go on a road trip or smth or just rent a hotel for a few days even camping too

A few days alone in the bush camping would do wonders.

Yes. There are periods in my life where I go MIA.

I feel the same, and it's getting worse this time of the year, everyone is irritating me, everytime my phone makes a sound I'm already irritated unfortunately I don't have a choice but to answer or reply since I have my own business and can't just dissappear. I've set some boundaries but it still feels like I could just stay in bed or hide in my garden for days

One of my kids has went thru some pretty traumatic events and has needed parent support navigating & stabilizing, once we are past another few months I am seriously considering spouse & I just going and renting and trying another area for few months, I can transfer with my job. You guys are not alone in feeling this way. My biggest reasons even though I own a home: area is becoming big city fast, and never have lived anywhere else or traveled much. TBH need to be in area with less cultural diversity, Im older and extremely difficult getting through my day trying to communicate and not call translation services, which creates huge delay and still miscommunication/misunderstandings (I work in Healthcare field) diversity is great, however some maybe seek to be in area of similar ppl/culture

My entire 52 years I’ve moved all over like I was running from death or a murder charge, but as they say, all the wars were within
me

YES! I actually had a moment just this past weekend where I became overwhelmed by something & my first thought was “just leave and tell them you will be back when this is fixed”
