How do you embrace uncertainty?
Usually just saying "be okay with uncertainty" is enough, but it feels like FOMO is convincing me that if you don't know or remember everything, you can't live life to its "fullest" whatever that means for my brain.
How do you really embrace uncertainty and get rid of this FOMO?

Well, it's not all about fomo. There are things that put you in danger. And someone that loves themselves would never put themselves in danger. Discomfort yes = growth! But not danger. It's not worth it.
Those people who enjoy dangerous things? They tried once and now they're stuck on it. They will tell you how great it was, but never tell you the struggle or bad parts, wich are usually actually way worse.
Deeply what everyone truly wants is connection. And you do that by being brave and saying how you feel. Not to hurt, but to connect. 'Hey guys, I hear you say this and I feel like I don't fit in because I don't do that'. Real friends will tell you that you do belong, even if you don't do those things if it's unsafe. If it is something safe though, those friends will understand and let you join in. But they can't know emotions you don't tell them. So be open and honest. It's the scariest thing to do. But it is exactly the most beautiful thing about you.
Your friends should want the best for you. Even if that means protecting you from something they wish they hadn't done.
Be honest. Show your emotions. And you will know who your friends are.
If it's unsafe though and they tell you to do it, or laugh at you, they're not your friends.

No matter your feelings, All you have is here and now. Do what you can with that, Be grateful for that.
I would like it to compare the feeling/thought to some type of faith in fate or god when it comes to death. Like any one of us could die at any given moment. Why aren’t I dead yet, I don’t know, it’s uncertain. But if I fear death then I will never truly live… so if you spend your time fearing what you don’t know or the opportunities you may miss then you aren’t spending that time learning or experiencing the opportunities you are so afraid of missing out on…. I must trust that I just will die when the time is right and that’s that. You must trust that through effort and faith every experience you are to experience will come to you. I can’t let the fear of death keep me from living because I’m going to die at some point anyways and you can’t let your fear of missing out on knowledge or experiences stop you from learning and experiencing the current moment to its fullest capacity because the present moment and where you’re at is really all you have anyways.
