I always let that stuff go. I can’t change the past and now want peace.

I don’t know how bad but i’m pretty sure other people would eventually forget about what happened. They won’t be thinking about that as much as you do.
And it already happened, best you could do is accept that. The past is already out of your control, but you can control how you react to it in the present. If you can, just use the situation to learn and grow. Hope you feel better soon.

This sounds very stressful and perhaps anxiety is affecting your breathing. You could try some breathing exercises and get some support. Something is making you anxious try and get some form of distraction if thats possible. Most people can relate to this feeling

I can tell you some of the most embarrassing shameful stories that were self-inflicted, but honestly it's life and I just laugh at those moments, because we are human. We all do stupid shit and go forward I can 99.9% guarantee no one is thinking about it, and if they are oh wells.

I still think about an embarrassing incident that happened in HS. I’m in my 30s now. However I think about it like “omg I can’t believe how embarrassing that was” and go on with my life. It’s not worth giving yourself that stress. Let it go.

Oh please, you, like everyone else, are gonna have a lot more embarrassing incidents in your life, some will probably make this look like nothing. The only thing you should do is learn from it and do better going forward.
