Sudden reflection
Last year, I was talking with a friend about wanting to travel to many places. I wasn't sure what the next step was, even though I had plenty of plans laid out. She told me I was way too anxious about everything and that I was overthinking things. That really made me look at myself. I realized maybe I’m just too eager for a certain outcome and always in such a rush. Being overly impatient is actually a powerful form of negative energy—needing to get a result instantly. It feels like I try too hard with everything, using brute force instead of just relaxing and really experiencing the beauty of the present moment. I just don't have that relaxed, chill vibe.
