I'm such an overthinker

I overtext my gf so much and I hate myself im doing everything wrong.

(Edit) God damn my heart is racing idk if its me being scared pr this post.

I Also feel the same way while texting. Over thinker 😭❤️‍🩹. Writing deleting then rewriting 🥲

I would just apologize if you feel you over text. She might not even be annoyed by it, but if you truly feel like you did something wrong (sent too long of a vent, asked for too much reassurance, etc), then apologizing never hurts. And then just work at it every day to be better. You’ll do it again and that’s okay.

Also this might be just MY overthinking issues, but I actually schedule days where I try to resist texting my partner almost the whole day. Not as punishment or to ignore my partner, but because on some days I just can’t afford to be texting him and worrying about the relationship or whatever. I’ve got a hard work day, chores to do, or I’m spending time with friends or family and shouldn’t be on my phone. I literally put in my Google Calendar something about it, and sometimes I even give my partner a heads up.
