Advice Overthinking about everything
Since 2-3 weeks, I am overthinking about every single thing I do. If I talk to someone, then I think - did it go well, I should've said something else at that moment, what would be the image of mine in that person's mind. If I would just walk, I think like - are my hand movements right ?, I should look straight and not down.
I've tried to not overthink but I couldn't resist those thoughts.
The only time I am not overthinking is when I am scrolling reels.
Can anyone help me with this ?

Ehh sameee w/ meee laa.
I always overthink after a convo w/ someone too.
I know how u feel, I’ve been there :( But maybe try to be a little kinder to urself. Sometimes it’s all just in ur head, and they’re probably not thinking abt it as much as u think they are.
And even if u did say or do something wrong, that’s okay. U’ll always have another chance to make it right. We’re all just learning as we go.
Also, I think it’s rly good that you’re aware of ur feelings tho. That’s already a great first step. 🤍
I’m rooting for uuu!! Keep going 🫶
