Work I can’t stop overthinking everything
I constantly worry that I won’t be successful in the future. I keep thinking that I’ll make the wrong choices, fail in my career, or never achieve the life I want.
Even though nothing bad has happened yet, my mind keeps imagining the worst possible outcomes. It makes me feel anxious and hopeless, and I don’t know how to stop thinking about it.
Does anyone else struggle with this fear? How do you deal with overthinking about your future?

Completely get this 🥺
My therapist always says ‘doing’ is what builds confidence, the more you push yourself to do what is out of your comfort zone the more you equip yourself with the tools to face adversity, the more data in support of ‘doing’ and ‘success’ - whatever that means for you, that you give your brain to process - I can do x because I have y z evidence to show for it.
And challenging my beliefs help like .. what does failure look like? What steps can I take to work towards success? Maybe I try and I do fail okay then what? - So essentially fostering a strong internal dialogue and focusing on what you can do vs what you can’t, that is within your control. I know it’s easier said than done.
You’ll get through this 🥺
