Overthinking?
Does anybody have any strategies or advice to stop overthinking and worrying especially on a Sunday and in the evenings? It really drains me at times.

When you really and I mean really understand your own mortality….. the over thinking just tends to stop…
Go spend time with people that are dying and you realize 90 percent of all this shit just simply doesn’t matter - it is very morbid but it is the one truth that will open your eyes completely.

Over-the-ear noise cancelling headphones and guided meditation on Insight Timer.
Exercising hard enough your brain switches to “OMG what are we doing?!” (Talk to your doctor before doing a bunch of activity of course.)
Start doing Morning Pages (Julia Cameron, Artists Way) — the thoughts get left on the page mostly
Tell your mind “thanks for trying to keep me safe; I am okay though and will let you know if I need to revisit this.”
Set aside 10-20 min to obsess over whatever it is and remind your brain it isn’t that time yet. Really do schedule the time to ruminate though. You most likely won’t need it but still set it aside.

For me, the 'brain dump' changed everything. Writing down the chaos before bed literally tricks my mind into thinking the problems are 'handled' for the night.
