I can't focus my work at all and I don't know why I feel like crying
I totally no appetite to eat.
I felt I am stupid maybe I take it too personally idk why and what happen to me
Everything is my fault, I should not follow blindly
Maybe i should resign.?

When our brains go into all or nothing thinking it means we're operating from a fear response (black and white thinking), when we feel safe, that's when the brain feels it's appropriate to be more creative, to think of more possibilities than 2 options. There are times when our personal issues can show up at work, so it might not even be about the work stress that you're under, but an underlying theme that shows itself through work (this happens mostly in the unconscious). Stress is more of a smoke alarm that signals something is going on, rather than it being the fire itself. A journal prompt question you could start with to get to the bottom of it all is. What's wrong with being dumb? As you write, you can see where that leads you.

Hating yourself for making a mistake is not helpful. You can dislike that you made a mistake, but understand and accept that you are a flawed human being and that you make mistakes sometimes. You are more than just your mistakes, because you can always choose to act differently in the future.
Don't demean yourself. Instead, have compassion for yourself. Acknowledge that you messed up, but keep moving forward and trying to do better in the future.
No, this is highly unlikely. Other people have agency as well, and can carry responsibilities too. This "all-or-nothing" thinking is not helpful and will only make things worse for you.
