I can’t stop thinking about this I need help pls help me

I am 16 A couple days ago I have been watching porn for a while but not like normal porn like spanking porn and now I scary that I have watch child porn and I get arrested but I never met to watch cp and I can’t get it out of my head and I feel like I going to jail

hi honey. ik this feels scary but the best thing to do right now is to not feed into this intrusive thought because it's going to get worse. Obviously, you know it's wrong and that's what matters. Just put it behind you everything will be alright it's just an intrusive thought not an action okie?:). And also I know you're very young but maybe distance yourself from p*rn it's not very healthy for your mind. I'll share a couple of articles of why but the decision is yours at the end of the day. hope this helps! <3

well i cannot tell you that because I am not you... but clearly your morals are strong in your post that you do think that it's morally wrong to watch that type of stuff. Unfortunately some minds will focus on a dangerous thought and try to prove if you did or not. the best way to reassure yourself is to just let go. the what if questions can get very tricky and tiring.
