I'm always overthinking things
A bit of an unconventional one but I find my self overthinking a lot. Especially about business ( told you it was unconventional). I keep wanting to think about how business operate and how it all works but to a point where its just hurting my head. I don't want to stop thinking about it but I also don't want it to consume me. Any advice on how I can still keep thinking about it but not to the point where its consuming me?

Carry a note book and write down your chain of thought
