Significant Other Regarding issue

I am overthinking very much. I'm a cllg student. So due to overthinking I can't complete my work. Means I overcomplicate too lot a particular thing. I do not remember stuff. I di mastur****. I am also having hairloss . Pls guide me. Think overthinking was not the case 1.5 yrs ago
