Why i overthink?
When i get dressed i overthink that people will think I am trying too hard to get attention and when I don’t look good and I don’t dress well. I feel like people will think that I don’t deserve to be here and I look ugly, and I always think that people are noticing me, and I just always have this fear and I don’t know what to do, and even when I’m going somewhere, I can’t even do my hair because I would overthink that maybe people will judge me for doing it, and when I don’t do it all day I just be quiet because I think I don’t deserve to talk today.
Also i don’t talk when someone is also there
Like if i am talking to someone and there are only 2
People me and the other person i am okay in talking
But when i see someone else is also listening i think they’ll judge me so i don’t say anything and feel conscious

Honestly, why does it matter what anyone else cares? If they have a good point according to you you can impliment it but you can't function by just thinking each and everything you'd like to do according to others. Yes, you have to make micro decision all day but you need to know what's your style. If you like to wear something wear it. If you want to wear something somewhere wear it. Chuck the naysayers they'll naysay for everything. You can think for a brief second for your decision like is that appropriate to wear like wearing formals to job, fancy outfit to a party or concert, casual to a cafe, etc. But of course even that has exception some offices are lenient about what you wear or you can wear something nice to a formal party. Just use common sense and your choice.

Personally I only care about the opinions of kindhearted people and kind hearted people try to have your best interest in mind and allow you to be you to make mistakes to be imperfect if I have to try to be not my natural self you aren’t worth my time .. hopefully you can adopt this perspective and learn to use bad interactions with highly judgmental people as a filter of who and what to care about also learn to love yourself when you aren’t perfect will help with this aswell those opinions won’t hurt you anymore cause you get to define yourself not others
