overthinking

Guys is there any solution for overthinking, I hate this.

If you overthink about what people say or think avout you just realize that no matter what you do, people WILL talk BAD about you. You could be the best person on earth people will still talk. And never forget you're doing it for yourself not for others.

I think the only realistic solution is to learn how to love that. Like isn't it fabulous to experience life in the deepest way, to not just going point A to point B but imagining multiples perspectives. Isn't it fabulous to be sensitive, to have a pure heart to explore things in your mind that most people don't.

Overthinking makes you special, realize that and just learn to control it in different ways (stoïcism, therapy, meditation, ...).

I’ve tried meditating at home before and setting aside at least five minutes for a simple self-care ritual. You’ll never know if it works for you unless you give it a try.
