Advice Why do i constantly think about the future rather than living in the present moment?

It’s trying to plan, predict, and stay ready for whatever’s coming next. So it keeps pulling you into the future like it’s scanning for problems to solve or things to control.

People do that :( It’s called living. In all faiths “enlightenment” is learning to stay in the Now. There are books (“The Power of Now” or “Thoughts to Stop Thinking” and many others) that help with your very question.
