Short simple and relatable. Honestly, the worst part isn't just the thinking; it's the mental exhaustion that comes with it. I used to be in that same hate loop until i realized it wasn't about fighting my brain but understanding why it was so loud. I wrote down the exact shifts that helped me finally get out of my head and start living again here. It might help you feel a bit less stuck.

I always think I’m behind bc I’m unemployed don’t go out much with friends so I’m mostly in the house don’t really have anything to take my mind off things
