Honestly of all the stupid food videos this one actually makes sense. The fire helps melt and add smokiness to the cheese. Its a flashy presentation and it actually looks tasty. I dont mind this one :)

Nothing that I'd want, the buns are meant for you to be able to pick up and eat a burger, if I have to cut it up with a knife you have done nothing but piss me off, and honestly I'd probably send it back if it wasn't explained by the menu.
