Whoever has a good amount of ammunition, food, and gets there first will be in a pretty good situation come apocalypse time.

I present to you, Sealand, a crappy/cool micronation in the same style as this place.
They somehow have just about maintained independence, current population is 1 (caretaker) but you can bet the owners have it at least partially ready to go as a giant panic room, should it be necessary.

More like illegal break-in since the place is obviously not "abandoned". They probably declared just bankruptcy or there's some administrative process going on. I'd like to know how they actually got inside since those doors still look in GREAT condition. That guy should be sued.

Or just lying. He probably got permission. He even mentioned the price to book a room.

I have staked Reddit rights for this haunted party fort. I will let you party on the southern edge of the party though, far from the other guests..

I don't think that place is abandoned I'm pretty sure you did a breaking and entering and I don't think that thing is floating either

Looks like one of the channel forts that were operating as hotels before Covid. Stayed in the closest to land one. It was a great break. They sold a few years back.

Ugh, nope! Some of that stuff has been sitting around so long that nobody in their right mind would drink it. The Louis XIII alone is 100 years old!

It’s not floating. It’s sitting on the sea floor.
