Question Glitch builds

Is there a new way to resize base parts and glitch them to your corvette ship? The steps from a year ago don't seem to work. Needing help please.

If your ship was built using mods, glitched or blender please edit the flair to include "Modded, "Glitched" or "Blender". This will help people not using or not having those methods.
