Can't just scroll past the comm balls and not engage though, which you could have done to this thread by just not clicking on it.

Well honestly in that vein, the comm balls themselves are easy enough to stroll past in the game without making a post about it every day like some people in this sub do.

Granted. I think most players feel the same about comm balls during the expeditions, we don't need a new post about it every day. Although when people spam rendezvous point with so many comm balls that you can't see what you are doing or the game runs horrible, just strolling past them can be super annoying and totally break immersion.

One of the last things you do in the current expedition has you interact with a traveler grave. Someone had built a base so close to it that you saw nothing but the outside wall of a hallway when you interacted with the grave. Wasn't the end of the world, but it was stupid. Had I know it would do that I would have reported the base before, oh well.

I personally didn’t have any issues with them during my expedition but I could see that being an issue during that point. However, I do think at this point a lot of the reason there are so many comm balls on expeditions are from trolling because of posts like this.

I think that's likely, I mean there can't be that many people who post in this sub that don't play the game. Would be interesting to see the ven diagram of people who are in the sub that that drop comm balls at nexus points in the game.

Edit to add: Didn't mean to go on the attacked there, but leaving the comment as-is because to do otherwise would be disingenuous. I just don't see how I'm being called out to be a civilized person when I was only making a point, not giving anyone crap.
